Social-Forward Success
Social-Forward Success
How we Help You Grow
Audit → Implement → Analyze → Iterate
Audit: Understand the current inputs and outputs. What does success look like moving forward?
Implement: Pull together our strategy and art direction together for rollout.
Analyze: Assess content and our audiences responses
Iterate: Pivot and improve. Great marketing builds over time.
HEX Coffee, Kitchen, & Natural Wines
Great content is simple - not easy. Hex’s new Wednesday special is pretty dang fantastic, but some cheeky writing + Hex co-owner Chandler letting his personality shine through are what made this announcement go viral. We saw the sandwich lords All’Antico Vinaio carbon-copy our performance a handful of weeks later ~ super flattering.
A dual-purpose reel here - both pushing the return of Hex’s dinner menu, but also painting for our audience a genuine picture of how the evening atmosphere at Hex feels. Scrumptious video quality to match the bites, of course.
This is ultimately an informational reel. It highlights a menu item exclusive to Sundays - but it speaks further to Hex’s ethos and Japanese roots. Tanner embracing being in front of camera ups the entertainment level too (a small thing but important thing).

BY THE NUMBERS -
No single metric tells the story for any given account. But we can begin to parse together what’s excelling, where to improve, and what pieces of content are driving different metric components.
Earlier in the Spring, Hex led a handful of collaborative events in Ireland, in New York, and in LA, sharing reach in each of those markets with partner cafes. It’s reasonable to expect lower interactions on reach in newer markets for the brand. In mid-to-late spring, we put some dollars behind a series of well-performing content pieces to push the brand in front of account new to Hex.
In early summer, we began pushing restaurant specials with a wave of quirky video bits, and the wind caught our sails (organic shares, engagement, etc.). Engagement and follower count saw a clear uptick here, which we can expect from organic content that’s striking a chord.
Stable Hand
A routine shoutout to some of the wines carried & shop and their producers - both informational and entertaining. We also tossed a collab invitation to Emma Wines, who accepted (quality & fun watches help for those unplanned collab invites, for sure).
A collaboration post with creator & Stable Hand superfan Kaela - the perfect way to highlight the cafe’s regulars whilst also shining a light on their menu favorites.
Our Stable Hand wine night announcements are always quirky & full of cheer, and they always perform well. Stable Hand’s done a great job of curating great guests, so as long as we execute as normal, we expect these posts to do well & bring out crowds.
